Written quote before anything starts
We come to your home, walk the full project, and give you the exact cost, materials, and timeline in writing before a single brush comes out.
No changes without your written approval
If anything comes up mid-project, we stop, document it, and get your written sign-off before proceeding. You are never surprised by a number you didn’t agree to first.
Final invoice matches the quote. Always.

Digital Colour Preview
Before a single wall gets painted, you see exactly what your colours will look like in your actual space. No guessing from a swatch. No committing to a colour you’ve never seen at full scale. You approve it first.
Full Exterior Wash
Before any paint goes on, we do a complete exterior wash — siding, windows, gutters to remove buildup and properly prepare every surface. Paint doesn’t bond well to a dirty house. We handle it before the first coat goes on.
Both included with qualifying full interior and exterior repaints at no extra charge.

Post-Job Clean & Walkthrough
Thorough cleanup. Final walkthrough together. If anything needs touching up, we handle it before we leave. You approve the finished work.
